Terms of Service

By using KORA VIBES you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Use your real identity. Don't impersonate anyone.
You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your login safe.

2. Community rules

Don't post or do any of the following:

harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or sexual content involving minors;
scams, fraud, "pay to receive" schemes, fake giveaways or spam;
other people's private information or photos without their consent;
anything illegal under Nigerian law or the law where you are;
cheating in games or the Arena, or abusing bugs, bots or multiple accounts.

Room moderators and KORA staff can hide content, mute you, or suspend or ban your account if you break these rules.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give KORA permission to store and show it to the people you shared it with, so the app can work. You can delete your messages. Public room posts can be seen by anyone.

4. Cap, Kobo and Hustle coins

Cap is reputation you earn by taking part. It can’t be bought, sold or transferred.
Kobo are in-app points. You can earn them for free, and you can also buy them with naira through Paystack. Kobo have no cash value: they can’t be withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged for money. Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Hustle coins are play points in City Hustle only. They never turn into Kobo or money. Weekly Kobo prizes for top hustlers are a game reward, not a payment.
We may adjust balances to fix errors, fraud or abuse. Games on KORA are for fun; there is no betting.

5. Calls, live rooms and streams

KORA doesn't record calls or live audio rooms. Don't record other people without their consent.
When you go live on YouTube through KORA, you stream on your own channel and must also follow YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. YouTube keeps the replay on your channel.
Connected Google services (Drive, YouTube) are used only as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party experiences

Some Arena features may come from partners. They receive only the information you approve on the "Connect with KORA" screen, and never your private chats. Their own terms apply to their services.

7. The service

KORA is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. To the extent the law allows, KORA isn't liable for indirect losses, or for content posted by other users.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using KORA and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
